Boarder's Corner
For the second
year in a row, Keelari (Ami) and Lacy qualified for
the Pony Club West Coast Regional Championships in
Show Jumping! Their team did very well, winning
Quiz, 1st in Horse Management and third in riding.
They had 4 courses (one with a jump-off) with only
three rails down total. The jumps ranged from 3' -
3'6" in thr regular classes with some 3'6" fences
in the jump-off - they were double in that class.
Not too bad for a 26 year old mare. The
Championships this year were held at the Woodside
Horse Park near San Francisco. Not nearly as far as
traveling to Washington state, like they did last
year.
